St. galaxy银河娱乐场app uses a zone parking system which allows students to decide which 许可证 will be most convenient and cost effective for their circumstances.
Student parking 许可证s are sold on a staggered schedule based on class year. Registration of vehicles operated on campus is mandatory.

- Campus parking is limited to designated parking spaces in lots and available on a first-come, 标间.

galaxy银河娱乐场app的学生 who do not typically use their cars daily are encouraged to order a Zone 3 许可证 at no cost. The Zone 3 lot is located at the university's "St. Vincent's Center" property north of Central Park Avenue near the Gaines Street intersection (about four blocks north of campus).
A shuttle service to and from the Zone 3 lot will be provided free of charge via the SAU Campus 安全 between the hours of 6 a.m. 到晚上11点.m. 在夜间——从晚上11点开始.m. 到6岁.m. - transportation will only be provided back to campus from the lot.

访问or parking is available in the lots east of Cosgrove Hall and designated spaces at the Rogalski Center. If these areas are full or you are planning an extended visit, contact the 安全办公室.
Current students, 教师, and staff may not park in 访问or Lots, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m.-3 p.m. – 没有例外.
政策
Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense under the following circumstances:
- 停在残疾人专用车位

- vehicles with 2 or more citations (paid or unpaid for parking in reserved spots identified by a specific sign)

- vehicles with $200 or more in citations (paid or unpaid) in a single academic year
Once a vehicle is towed it will be placed on a list and towed for each subsequent violation.
Vehicles without a current 许可证 that have at least $200 in unpaid fines may be immobilized at the university's discretion.

Immobilized vehicles can be released during normal business hours by presenting the 停车 Manager/designee or the Director of 安全 with a receipt showing all fines have been paid.
After-hours release of immobilized vehicles can only be made after presenting a photocopy of the driver's license and a completed form indicating agreement to pay all outstanding parking fines. A vehicle may only be released after hours once per academic year.
Disabled parking is available and conspicuously marked in most lots.
All vehicles parking in these spaces must display a current 许可证 and disabled placard/plate. Davenport Police may be notified and asked to ticket vehicles without a proper 许可证.

For the purposes of university parking policy: motorcycles, 电动踏板车, and mopeds are categorized and referred to as motorcycles.
学生, 教师 and/or staff desiring on-campus parking for a motorcycle are required to have a parking 许可证. Motorcycles are required to park in designated lots and locations that will not interfere with the flow of traffic or pedestrians walking through campus.
Motorcycles may not park in any other areas, 包括大学的消防通道, 禁用的空间, 装货区, 建设领域, 残疾人通道, 车道, 草坪, 人行道上, 或者自行车架. Motorcycles are subject to towing in accordance with the Towing Policy above.

The university assumes no liability for any lost, 偷来的, or damaged bicycle locked to a campus bike rack.

People will steal an entire bicycle or unsecured items on your bicycle. Read the tips on this page to thwart damage and theft to your bicycle.

• Always keep your bicycle locked, even when it's on your porch.
• Lock the frame and at least one wheel (preferably two) to a bicycle rack. This also prevents your bicycle from falling over. If you only lock the wheel, your bicycle can be quickly detached and 偷来的.
• If you don't need a quick release seat or wheels, replace them with standard bolts. If you do want quick release items, take them with you when you lock your bicycle.

• Consider riding an inexpensive bicycle for everyday use and short trips.

• Invest in the best quality lock (or two) that you can afford. Purchase a hardened steel U-shaped lock and/or a hardened steel chain and padlock (see image at right).
• When possible use two different locks – one for each wheel and the frame. This requires a thief to have two different sets of tools and takes more time, both of which makes it more difficult and likely the thief will get caught.
• Position a U-lock so that the keyhole faces down toward the ground. A keyhole is located in the middle of the straight bar (instead of the end) which offers better security.

• Make sure that chains do not lay on the ground. A chain laying on the ground can be smashed with a rock.

• Register your bicycle with the city of Davenport. This will increase the chances of having your bicycle returned to you. You will need to know the serial number (generally located on the bicycle frame) and the make.
• Keep of copy of the serial number, make and model, color, and frame size.
• Always report a 偷来的 bicycle or 偷来的 parts to the police and SAU 安全, even if your bicycle was not registered.
• Don't support the market for 偷来的 bicycles. Only buy secondhand bicycles from someone you trust. If you are not sure a bicycle has been 偷来的 or not ask questions about where it came from and copy the serial number and call the police to have them check for any theft reports on it.

What should I do if my vehicle breaks down or has a flat tire?

If the vehicle is not operable then the security officer will place an orange disabled sticker on your windshield. 这将有助于防止买票.
All disabled vehicles should be moved within 24 hours unless special arrangements have been made through the 安全办公室. The operator is responsible for any tickets received for vehicles without a disabled sticker.
What should I do if my vehicle is damaged or vandalized?
Immediately contact SAU 安全 and the Davenport Police Department.
Do not move the vehicle before contacting both agencies.
If you need to carry something heavy or bulking up to your residence hall, 教室, 或办公室, you may use the closest lot as long as your emergency flashers are turned on and the vehicle is not left unattended for longer than 30 minutes.
You may not use disabled, reserved, or visitor spaces for 加载 and un加载.
